Shipping Times
After placing the order, you will have 24 hours to cancel it or modify it for free.
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed with the tracking information of your package.
Also, you can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is successfully placed to the time received. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your item(s), includes preparing your items, performing quality inspections, and packaging for shipment.
Shipping time: The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination. The shipping time depends on the shipping method you chose. Please refer to the shipping fees section for details.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and processing time is 1-2 days (Only including Monday to Saturday) after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

The transit time(delivery time) depends on where you're located, the shipping method you choose, and where your package comes from. We will keep you informed of any problems here to help you get your order as soon as possible.
Because of global COVID-19, we cannot ensure the delivery time by sea (some times more then 30 days), as many ships stayed in the port and all logistics service providers are affected. Meanwhile, the freight cost by sea has risen a lot more than before.
Customs & Taxes
Local taxes and import duties
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
